Digg上面看到一个有趣的网站，叫做Sugar Stacks，上面把蔬果、蔬菜、蛋糕、饮料、冰激凌等等很多食品里面的成分（主要说的是糖）都用方糖块表现出来，很搞笑，但是可以让你了解这些食品的罪恶！对于减肥的同志们相当有用我觉得 呵呵… 下面我放了些常见的并且能在中国国内买到的食品的含糖量的图片，大家可以看看。如果需要准确的含糖和卡路里量的话，直接去Sugar Stacks的网站就可以。
