先来介绍一下Fring，是一个最近流行起来的手机base的VOIP服务商，最近刚刚开通了对iPhone的支持，也成为了iPhone上面最早的VOIP的先驱。哦，对了，不知道什么是VOIP的朋友，VOIP是Voice Over Internet Protocol，简单讲就是网络电话。Fring支持的手机型号相当的完整，从symbian s60, UIQ, 9.0 到PPC，WM5/6和iPhone都可以使用。注册十分简单，你只需去他们主页Sign Up之后通过网页和短信提示完成后面的操作。他们完全支持+86的号码，所以国内的朋友一样可以使用，要知道这样打国内/国际长途要升很多很多钱的哦。

另外介绍一个更加牛x的VOIP提供商，也是硅谷老牌VOIP运营商了 - Jaxtr。他们今天宣布推出旗下member可以免费发送SMS/TEXT Messages到38个国家的手机号码上面（英国/美国包括在内，没有中国目前）。另外Jaxtr的双向免费接入技术也是VOIP最为方便的一种，完全免费，鼠标点击一下，你便可与另外一个Jaxtr member通过你的手机讲电话咯（过程很简单，Jaxtr会去给两个人打一个电话把你们接通到一起）
